The US Supreme Court today denied requests to hear five same-sex marriage cases, including Indiana’s, allowing lower court rulings on the issue to stand. As Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports, that means same sex marriage is once again legal in the Hoosier State.

Today, county clerks from around Indiana say they are ready to issue same-sex marriage licenses. IPR’s Stephanie Wiechmann reports.
