Indiana has high rate of student loan defaults

According to the U.S. Department of Education, Indiana has one of the highest rates in the country of students defaulting on college loans. As Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Eric Weddle reports, federal education secretary Arne Duncan says higher education systems need to be held more accountable for graduation rates and the quality of degrees.
