Court decision renews fenced hunting debate

Hoosiers must comply with a series of rules on when, where and what they can hunt – unless it’s on a private preserve. The Indiana Supreme Court recently struck down a state ban on fenced hunting preserves, leaving the industry virtually unregulated. Now, as Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Payne Horning reports, lawmakers are renewing the debate as to whether to regulate or ban the practice.
