Ball State architecture students to create Muncie preservation plan
A class of architecture graduate students at Ball State University has tasked itself with creating a preservation plan for the city of Muncie in its 150th year. As IPR’s Stephanie Wiechmann reports, city leaders gave the effort a lot of support at a community meeting on Thursday evening.
