Indiana looking for ways to attract ELL teachers

In their quest to recruit more teachers to Hoosier classrooms, state education leaders have begun talking about attracting more diverse teachers, including English Language Learning instructors. Because there is a limited number of these specialists, ELL teachers are hard to find in many states. And as StateImpact Indiana’s Rachel Morello reports, these teachers are also expected to be able to relate to all cultures in their student population.
