Holcomb nominated as state’s new lieutenant governor

By Brandon Smith | Published on in Uncategorized

Indiana Governor Mike Pence has nominated former Indiana Republican Party Chair Eric Holcomb to be the state’s next lieutenant governor. As Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports, Holcomb will replace Sue Ellspermann as she leaves for a potential new job.

Ellspermann says she will resign at the appropriate time.  Holcomb will also join Pence on the ballot for his re-election campaign this year.
