Not much to change in Indiana after Clean Power Plan halt

Indiana is one of the nation’s top coal-producing states and, as such, challenged the Environmental Protection Agency’s plan to curb carbon emissions at power plants. But now that the Supreme Court put a hold on the so-called Clean Power Plan, coal and utility representatives say the state actually sees little effect from the decision. Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Sarah Fentem reports.
