Ball State professors say Cuban people are proud and welcoming
As President Barack Obama spotlights increased relations with Cuba after decades, several Ball State University professors have returned from their own exploration of the island nation. As IPR’s Keagan Beresford reports, two of the educators say the Cuban people were welcoming of Americans, but on their own terms.
