State changes course on Medicaid payments to home healthcare workers

Last month, Indiana’s Family and Social Services Administration announced it was lowering Medicaid reimbursement rates paid to health worker–such as registered nurses and occupational therapists–who provide services to homebound patients. But as Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Sarah Fentem reports, the state changed its mind after discussions with care providers.
