Now that Lieutenant Governor Eric Holcomb has been named the official Republican gubernatorial candidate, most expected the money Mike Pence raised for the campaign to be transferred to him.  But as Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports, Holcomb may not actually have access to all of those campaign funds.
