Five weeks after the EF3 tornado with 165 mph winds touched down in Kokomo, residents and city officials are still in the long process of cleaning up and rebuilding. Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Joe Hren toured the hardest hit areas with Kokomo Mayor Greg Goodnight this week.

We join them outside of City Hall as they head out to assess what’s left to be done and how the city hopes to pay for uninsured property.
