Indiana saw a seven-and-a-half percent decrease in hospital readmission rates from 2010 to 2015, a drop that’s consistent with national trends. But as Indiana Public Broadcasting’s  Sarah Fentem reports, experts say the Affordable Care Act initiative behind the trend is a mixed bag.
