Indiana’s 6^th Congressional District has been represented in the US House of Representatives by a Republican since the mid-1980’s.  It’s a hold that Democratic hopeful Barry Welsh has been trying to break for the better part of a decade.  As IPR’s Stephanie Wiechmann reports, Welsh told voters on Sunday night that he thinks he has a better chance this year than in any before.
