Because the 2017 legislative session is a long budget-writing one, Hoosiers with pet causes are all gearing up to fight for their piece of the pie.  That includes environmentalists, who say that greater environmental protection is crucial for the state’s economic development.  Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Nick Janzen reports.
