Ball State’s men’s basketball Cardinals will try to get their 18^th win of the season, tonight at Worthen Arena as Eastern Michigan comes visiting.  Tipoff is at 7 p.m.  The Cards are 17-and-10 overall, and lead the MAC West with an 8-and-6 conference mark.
