F.C. Tucker says pending home sales in central Indiana jumped more than 7 percent in February. Nearly 2,500 homes were sold in the 15-county region, up from more than 2,300 during the same month the previous year. The average year-to-date home price for the region increased to $184,170, a 9.5 percent increase over the same month in 2016.
