Home sales keep going up in Central Indiana according to F.C. Tucker Company’s monthly statistics. In March, home sales were up 5% compared to March of 2016. The average price for a home in the 15-county region is also up 7% to $185,800. Boone and Hendricks counties showed the highest growth in homes sold in March.
