The Indianapolis Airport Authority celebrated the inaugural flight of Alaska Airlines at Indianapolis International Airport. The airport’s newest carrier will begin its daily, nonstop service to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, a valued destination for the tech community. The IAA first announced the new nonstop in August. Executive Director Mario Rodriguez says at the time the new flight would have wide implications for the airport and the business community in Indiana.
