Ball State To Increase Student Teaching At Muncie Community Schools
Ball State University is reaching out to the financially distressed Muncie Community Schools. As IPR’s Tony Sandleben reports, the two will partner to increase teaching education in the Muncie community.
The school board was also scheduled to discuss options for a referendum to fund building repairs and for constructing a new elementary or middle school. But board members tabled that discussion until the fall, when MCS will be under the control of a financial emergency manager.
