Some Universities Offering Financial Literacy Programs to Cut Student Debt

Students are faced with big financial decisions early in their college careers, but often they aren’t prepared to do things such as live within a budget, manage debt and understand credit.  Early mistakes can have a long lasting impact for these young people… and as Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Lindsey Wright reports, universities are taking on some of the responsibility and offering financial literacy programs that aim to help.
