After just a month on the job, Ball State President Geoff Mearns is welcoming the new freshman class to campus for orientation sessions.  As he orients himself to the area, IPR’s Stephanie Wiechmann sat down with Mearns to talk about what he’s learned about Muncie, changes to the university, and even his meeting with Vice President Mike Pence at the White House.
