Southeastern Indiana Businesses Cited for Selling Counterfeit Goods
Nearly a dozen Indiana businesses have been cited for selling fake merchandise to customers. Indiana State Excise Police officers seized over 2,000 pieces of counterfeit merchandise from businesses in Dearborn, Decatur, Franklin, Jennings, Ohio, Ripley and Union counties on Tuesday. The phony items included hats, sunglasses, shirts and purses that were found to be imitations of the name brands MLB, NFL, NCAA, Ray Ban, Under Armor, Michael Kors, Gucci and Monster.
