BlueNotes returns to its traditional format of classic and contemporary jazz with the introduction of several new artists. Joining host Larry Beck in-studio will be local filmmaker, Robert Mugge to talk about his work documenting American musicians. Mugge’s films include “Sun Ra: A Joyful Noise,” “Saxophone Colossus, Sonny Rollins,” and “Giving up the Ghosts: Closing Time at Doc’s Music Hall.”
