State lawmakers on redistricting committee divided over if reform is necessary

A study committee of lawmakers met today for the first time to discuss redistricting reform and how Indiana draws its political district lines. As Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports, committee members were divided on whether Indiana’s system actually needs to be changed.
