Muncie Community Schools Superintendent Steve Baule has said the district has overspent by millions of dollars over the last 5-10 years.  As Muncie waits to see if it will be included in the final version of Senate Bill 567 that aims for a state takeover of the district, let’s look back on steps MCS has taken to address its debt.
