Indiana’s “Drug Czar” Looks to Roll Back Addiction in the State

The state’s drug czar promises will be a comprehensive effort to roll back drug addiction in the state. Jim McClelland has laid out more than 100 bullet points for cracking down on dealers, issuing fewer prescriptions for opioid painkillers, and making treatment options easier to find. He says the state will emphasize local programs which address not only addiction but surrounding issues.
