Ball State and Notre Dame On The Road; IU and Purdue at Home, Saturday, in College Football

In major college football, Saturday, the state’s big four are all busy.  Ball State and Norte Dame are on the road; IU and Purdue are at home.

Mike Neu’s Ball State Cardinals travel to Bowling Green, Kentucky to take on Western Kentucky.  The Cards are 2-and-1.  The Hilltoppers are 1-and-2. Both teams lost to Illinois, earlier this season: Ball State by three points, 24-to-21, after losing the lead in the last two minutes of the game.  Western Kentucky lost 20-to-7. The Hilltoppers are nine-point favorites.  Kickoff is at 7 p.m.

Elsewhere, Purdue hosts Michigan.  Kickoff is at 4 p.m. on Fox.

Georgia Southern visits Indiana.  Kickoff on the Big Ten Network is at 3:30.

And, Notre Dame travels to Michigan State for an 8 p.m. start on Fox.
