Making sure deployed service members get required mental health assessments is part of an amendment Congressman Andre Carson introduced as part of the National Defense Authorization Act, passed by the U.S. House. “We cannot further delay investments that will keep our service members safe as they prepare to address growing threats in China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea,” said Carson.
