The Anderson Police Department is recommending that the Madison County Prosecutor’s Office not seek criminal charges in the death of a 3-year-old earlier this month. Hannah Grace Miller died from complications of overheating after she was left inside a vehicle for about two hours before she was discovered. It is unknown how Miller got into the vehicle. Hannah’s parents told officers they thought the girl was sleeping inside their home and didn’t realize she was in the car until it was too late.
