Gasoline Prices Zoom Upward in Indiana

Indiana had one of the biggest gas prices jumps this week in the whole country. The average gas price in the state was $2.49, Monday morning, compared to $2.33 atr this time last week, said Gasbuddy.com. Gas prices are likely to continue to go up because of the change to the more expensive summer blend of gasoline. In Ft. Wayne, gas is up 24 cents, to $2.50, on average. In Indianapolis, gas is up about 7 cents, at $2.43. In the Cincinnati area, gas is up about 13 cents, at $2.50, on average.  Muncie pumps are showing $2.35 to $2.44 a gallon for regular.
