I&M Says No Shut Offs During Pandemic

Indiana Michigan Power says it will not shut off power due to non-payment during the coronavirus pandemic. In a written statement the utility says “We know our customers are concerned about their families and ensuring they have reliable electric service allows them to focus on staying healthy and well.”

I and M did not give a date to when the moratorium on shut-offs will end.
