The Ball State community is finishing up the second week of the 10-week summer semester, already.  Campus officials adjusted BSU’s COVID mask policy to allow those outside of buildings on the Muncie campus to go mask-free, but to still mask up inside university buildings.  The question now is, what will Ball State require in terms of COVID-19 inoculations for the fall semester?  Will it require vaccinations for all of its students, faculty and staff for fall semester, as have Notre Dame and Indiana universities?

Ball State University President Geoff Mearns joined IPR again this (Fri.) morning for a Ball State pandemic update.  He gave answers to questions about Ball State’s vaccination policy for the upcoming fall semester, a mask policy change for the campus, an update on the university’s assistance with the Muncie Community Schools, and new manufacturers coming to Muncie. You can hear the interview via the audio app, below.
