Muncie motorists again should be alert to construction delays near Ball State’s Scheumann Stadium, along west-bound 332 at Tillotson, and east-bound McGalliard Road between Tillotson and Oakwood.  Construction work on drains and sidewalks continues.  Two-lane sections of 332 and McGalliard are reduced to one lane.  Traffic backups during peak travel periods were seen, Tuesday.
