Amid the flurry of controversies out of Washington, D.C., many may have forgotten that we still have a pandemic in progress. The latest figures released Monday from the Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) show the following total case numbers for these IPR-listening-area counties:

Delaware: 590
Madison: 650
Henry: 317
Grant: 316
Huntington: 211
Wabash: 122
Miami: 108
Randolph: 76
Blackford: 64
Jay: 46

IDOH says two COVID deaths have been reported.  Reinfections account for 18 percent of cases.  The seven-day positive case count statewide is 1,271, up 77 cases over the previous week.
