S11 E02: Crossroads – Summer Belt and Bing Futch

Listen

Listen to the first episode in The Scene’s Crossroads series, where we exclusively feature artists from out of state performing at Indiana venues.

Listen to Nashville native Summer Belt at the Ouibache music festival in September of 2019. Summer Belt is a young musician/songwriter who channels their love of classic rock and modern alternative into a creative and ambitious sound that is all her own.

You’ll also hear Bing Futch perform at the Ouibache music festival in September of 2019. Using Appalachian mountain dulcimer, Native American flute, ukulele, and a board full of stomp-boxes, Bing Futch celebrates traditional and modern Americana music with passion, humor and boundless energy. Known for his musical shapeshifting, Bing switches the channels on style and tone with every new song. Bing started their career in California.

This episode was produced by Kyler Altenhof.
