Gift of Stocks and Other Assets

Stocks, bonds and other assets such as real estate or equipment may be donated providing an income tax deduction based on the current market value – plus escape of potential capital gains tax.  Please contact us for more information.

IRA Charitable Rollover

If you are 70½ or older, you can make a gift of up to $100,000 to IPR from your IRA to meet your annual distribution requirement. By making an IRA charitable rollover gift, you are able to avoid taxes on the IRA distribution while supporting our charitable mission.  Please contact us to learn more.

Perpetual Endowments

You may establish a perpetual endowment that will provide annual support for IPR – forever.  You may name your permanent endowment in honor or as a memorial to a family member, loved one or another.  A minimum gift amount is required.  Please contact us for more information.

Charitable Lead Trusts

This is a specially created trust by your attorney that will provide you and your family significant gift and estate taxes – yet still, provide that the trust assets will return to you or your loved ones after a period of time.  During this time period, income from the trust is paid to support IPR.  Please contact us for a detailed illustration of how a lead trust works.
