#GivingTuesday was created in response to the shop-‘til-you-drop hype of Black Friday and Cyber Monday. So, on December 1, we are encouraging everyone in the community to make a gift of support to the organizations making a difference right here in Indiana.

IPR hopes to generate greater awareness about #GivingTuesday in East Central Indiana, shifting people’s attention from commodity to community. And we need your help spreading the word. Invite your friends to join you on #GivingTuesday to support – in any way you can – the organizations you care about.

IPR is participating in this movement, utilizing our unique ability through radio, to connect communities and stimulate positive community change. Promoting goodwill and movements such as #GivingTuesday is just one way we can give back as public media.
