5/10/13 – Problem-Solving Courts

Delaware County’s new “problem-solving court” for veterans is helping provide assistance for former service members in trouble with the law. The Veterans Court joins the county’s Drug Court established several years ago. Ride along with a Muncie Police officer and meet the judge and police chief who talk about the special courts – and the special problems many offenders have with drugs and alcohol.
