(ANDERSON) – Two-year-old twins were found living in a small, confined area of an Anderson home littered with trash. Now, the parents–38-year-old Stephen Auker and 32-year-old Kimberly Robinson are facing criminal charges. Authorities say the twins were so malnourished that their bones had started to thin. Neither one could walk, talk, crawl, stand, eat with utensils or eat solid foods. Two other children, 5-year-old and 6-year-old girls, were also found in poor health.
