ACLU challenges Indiana “ballot selfie” ban in federal court
The ACLU is taking the state of Indiana to court over a law that bans voters from taking pictures of their ballots in the voting booth. The organization says it violates the First Amendment, but the state contends the legislature is trying to prevent voter fraud.
