BMV Might Park Some Cash in Hoosier Wallets
(INDIANAPOLIS) – The Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles may owe you money. The BMV has admitted to 112 overcharges as part of a class action lawsuit involving more than $30 million dollars. A judge on Monday approved the class action lawsuit against the BMV. Governor Pence announced in February that customers have been overcharged an additional $2 million by the BMV–dating back six years and included delinquent fees for mobile and manufactured home titles, reinstatement fees paid by those previously uninsured and miscellaneous fee credits.
