State closes out fiscal year 2016 with largest budget surplus

Eric Holcomb and Suzanne CrouchIndiana has closed out its fiscal year with the highest level of budget reserves in state history. As Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports, more than $400 million from those reserves will go to maintaining roads.
