Indiana’s Bicentennial torch relay is racing through southern Indiana in its second full week.  Documenting the torch’s way through all 92 counties is a video crew from the Ball State Department of Telecommunications.  Today, Ball State instructor Chris Flook gives us a look at the relay’s beginning as runners head towards the mid-October finish.
