The Indiana Bicentennial Torch Relay is now in Eastern Indiana… After spending Sunday in Henry and Wayne counties, it comes to Delaware, Randolph and Jay counties on Tuesday.  Ball State Department of Telecommunications students and faculty member Chris Flook are tracking the torch as runners crisscross the state.  Today, Chris takes a look at how the torchbearers are chosen.
