Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill recently wrote an op-ed, published in several newspapers, saying that Indiana should not join other states in legalizing marijuana. Dave Powell who heads the Indiana Prosecuting Attorney’s Council agrees saying that there “doesn’t need to be another intoxicant on the streets that we can’t control.” Governor Holcomb signed a bill into law this year allowing the use of cannabis oil to treat epilepsy.
