Legislator hopes to pass moped law in fourth try

Columbus Republican Representative Milo Smith has been trying without luck for three sessions to pass legislation changing how mopeds are licensed and regulated in Indiana.  But as Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports, Smith says increased attention to mopeds gives him hope the bill might pass next session.
