INDOT taking operator applications for Hoosier State Line

Amtrak currently operates a line of passenger rail service from Indianapolis to Chicago.  But after losing federal funding because of low ridership last year, the Indiana Department of Transportation is allowing other companies to compete to operate the line.  Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Gretchen Frazee reports.
