Changing businesses in the Ball State Village neighborhood

Adjacent to Ball State University is a neighborhood known as the Village – a longstanding hub of culture and commerce for both students and Muncie residents.  What was once just a small business district now boasts a large apartment complex with retail space that is hoping to attract bigger clientele.  As IPR’s Keagan Beresford reports, that means well-established businesses are quickly meeting lots of new neighbors.
