State commission on children vetos “baby boxes” program

A state commission has voted not to pursue a statewide newborn safety incubator program, known more generically as “baby boxes.” But as Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports, advocates of the incubators say there’s hope for progress in the future.
