Indiana teaching bridge inspectors from around the country

As the state decides how and where to spend future transportation funding, determining the conditions of Indiana’s infrastructure is vital.  And that doesn’t just mean the condition of roads.  As Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports, the state is aiming to improve the process of inspecting bridges – for both itself and the country.
